• This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the ‘TikTok Ticket Competition’ competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Bongo’s Bingo (UK), company number 09858266 who’s registered office is Shua Ltd T/A Bongo's Bingo, CONTENT, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8 5XJ (“Our”, "Us" and "We")

• The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/competition-t-and-cs/

• The Prize Promotion will be run through TikTok

• To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be: 

• a resident living in the UK;

• able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;

• Able to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Bongo’s Bingo (“Event”), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/

• at least 18 years old;

• To enter the Prize Promotion you will also need to follow our TikTok account, accessible at https://www.tiktok.com/@bongosbingoofficial and like our most recent TikTok, accessible at https://www.tiktok.com/@bongosbingoofficial/video/7046815982035176710?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1 by 21/01/2022

• The Prize Promotion will commence on 14/01/2022 at 5:00pm and end on 21/01/2022 at 12:00pm.

• The “Prize” is six tickets and a table reservation to any UK Bongo’s Bingo show in 2022. The Prize is picked at random and The Prize cannot be sold or exchanged for another Prize. There is no cash alternative. If for any reason The Prize is not able to be fulfilled, We are under no obligation to provide the Prize and no alternative Prize shall be available.

• There are/is one Prize/s available.

• If you are a winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified within one week following the prize draw, via private message on TikTok, and advised on how to arrange your prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 48hrs, Bongo’s Bingo reserves the right to select a different Winner. By entering the TikTok Ticket Competition, you are giving permission for your data to be passed on to the relevant Event Team to whichever Event you have won tickets for. This will be for Prize fulfilment only and not used for Marketing. Your data will be exchanged in a GDPR compliant way. 

• Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 18 or older.

• Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
