Prize Promotion Notice - Dubai flights, Insta channel

This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the ‘Instagram Channel signup (Dubai flights +more)’ competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Bongo’s Bingo (UK), company number 09858266 whose registered office is Shua Ltd T/A Bongo's Bingo, CONTENT, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8 5XJ (“Our”, "Us" and "We")

 

 

The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/competition-t-and-cs/

 

 

The Prize Promotion will be run through https://www.instagram.com/bongosbingo/

 

 

To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be: 

a resident living in the UK;

able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;

Able to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Bongo’s Bingo (“Event”), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/

at least 18 years old;

 

 

To enter the Prize Promotion you will also need to (i) follow Instagram page @bongosbingo accessible at https://www.instagram.com/bongosbingo/, (ii) reshare the post of the competition to your story (iii) Comment on the post of the competition 3 instagram accounts (IV) Join @bongosbingo instagram broadcast channel found at 

 

 

The Prize Promotion will commence on 14/11/2025 at 12:00 and end on 05/12/2025 at 12:01.

 

 

The ‘Prize’ comprises the following components:

(i) Dubai Experience

The winner is to receive a cash prize of £1,750 (one thousand, seven hundred and fifty pounds sterling), in which the winner shall be responsible for making all travel and accommodation arrangements independently.

A £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds sterling) bar tab to be used at the Dubai show.

The winner will be transferred the money to their bank account in the following 7 days from being announced winner

(ii) Bongo’s Bingo Gold Access (UK)

The winner shall be entitled to free entry to Bongo’s Bingo events within the United Kingdom for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, limited to one (1) event per calendar month and two (2) tickets per event (for the winner and one guest).

 

 

Tickets are subject to availability and will not be issued for events that have reached capacity.

 

 

Bookings must be made via info@bongosbingo.co.uk and confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the chosen event.

 

 

Attendance under this benefit constitutes acceptance of, and is subject to, the Bongo’s Bingo Terms & Conditions applicable to all ticket holders.

 

(iii) Kendal Calling Tickets

4x early access weekend tickets (includes access to the green room area) 

Does Not include a parking pass

(IV) Additional Prizes

One (1) personalised Bongo’s Bingo Henry Hoover;

 

 

Six (6) boxes of Coco Pops cereal; and

 

 

One (1) air fryer (approximate value £50).

 

 

6.2. The Prize (including all components) is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no alternative will be offered other than the stated cash alternative for the Dubai Experience as set out in clause 6.1(i).

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with another of equal or greater value in the event that any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6.4. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as forming part of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, including (without limitation) travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, and any personal expenditures.

6.5. The winner and their guest(s) shall be responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for travel to Dubai and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

If for any reason The Prize is not able to be fulfilled, We are under no obligation to provide the Prize and no alternative Prize shall be available.

If you are a winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified within one week following the prize draw, via direct message on Instagram, and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 48hrs, Bongo’s Bingo reserves the right to select a different Winner. By entering the Dubai flights, Insta channel, you are giving permission for your data to be passed on to the relevant Event Team to whichever Event you have won tickets for. This will be for Prize fulfilment only and not used for Marketing. Your data will be exchanged in a GDPR compliant way. 

 

 

Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 18 or older.

 

 

Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
