Prize Promotion Notice - The Big Freshers Competition- 20/09/2023

• This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the ‘The Big Freshers Competition’ competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Bongo’s Bingo (UK), company number 09858266 who’s registered office is Shua Ltd T/A Bongo's Bingo, CONTENT, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8 5XJ (“Our”, "Us" and "We").
• The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: [https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/competition-t-and-cs/]
• The Prize Promotion will be run through https://www.instagram.com/bongosbingo/ and https://www.facebook.com/BongosBingo 
• To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be: 
  • a resident living in the UK;
  • able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
  • Able to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Bongo’s Bingo (“Event”), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/
  • at least 18 years old;
  • Enrolled at a higher education establishment within the UK resulting in an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification
• To enter the Prize Promotion you will also need to (i) sign up to our mailing list (found at: http://eepurl.com/iz03yw) using your email address by 20/10/2023
• The Prize Promotion will commence on 20/09/2023 at 17:00 and end on 20/10/2023 at 16:30.
• The “Prize” is either (i) £9,000 sent via bank transfer (ii) four tickets to any UK Bongo’s Bingo show subject to availability, (iii) a front row table reservation, for one winner OR (iv)  four tickets to any UK Bongo’s Bingo show subject to availability, (v) a front row table reservation for ten runner up winners. The Prize is picked at random and The Prize cannot be sold or exchanged for another Prize. There is no cash alternative. If for any reason The Prize is not able to be fulfilled, We are under no obligation to provide the Prize and no alternative Prize shall be available.
• There is one main Prize available and ten runner up prizes available.
• If you are a winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified within one week following the prize draw, via email, and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 48hrs, Bongo’s Bingo reserves the right to select a different Winner. By entering the The Big Freshers Competition, you are giving permission for your data to be passed on to the relevant Event Team to whichever Event you have won tickets for. This will be for Prize fulfillment. You also give permission for your data to be used for marketing purposes by Shua Ltd. (Bongo’s Bingo). Your data will be exchanged in a GDPR compliant way.
• Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 18 or older.
• Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
• This Prize Promotion is a Prize Draw as defined in the our general T&Cs, accessible at https://www.bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/competition-t-and-cs/

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
